There are only 38 units (two are houses, four condo buildings each with 9 units), a clubhouse, workout building, boatyard and maintenance shed. Accommodations: Condominium - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (sleeps 4-6). Our unit is well maintained, and one of only 12 flats (lower level). Flats have the convenience of a stairway going to the water and ours has only three steps to get in the unit. The 24 townhouses have approximately 12 steps to get up to the unit, have to walk around the building to go to the waterfront and also have spiral stairs to get up to their second floor where their bedrooms and main bath are.

Amenities: New air conditioning in 2025.
