Accommodations: Condominium - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (sleeps 4-6). Complex is on 24 acres, with only 38 units. Our unit is one of only 12 flats (lower level), most aren't rented. Flats have the convenience of a stairway going to the water and not having to go up stairs to do laundry or bring in grocerys.

Amenities: Air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV (w/cable), full kitchen, cookware and utensils provided, garbage disposal, microwave, large walk-in shower in master bathroom, walk-in closet, linens provided, fully furnished, hurricane shutters, dishwasher, water heater, washer, dryer, porch, bar chairs. Boat only allowed with pre-approval from owner and condo association board. No smoking unit. No pets are allowed for tenants due to association rules.
